How to Create a Daily Manifestation Routine That Actually Works

If you’ve ever tried to create a manifestation routine but couldn’t keep it going, it’s probably because it felt like a chore — not a shift.

That’s what Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane helped me fix. Instead of overloading my mornings with 10 rituals, I now have a simple, powerful daily system.

Here’s my current flow:

  1. Frequency check-in (2 min): I ask, "What am I actually feeling right now?" Then I choose one better feeling to lean into.

  2. Body alignment (1 min): I shift my posture and breath into a state of calm power — learned from Part II of the book.

  3. Future identity anchor (5 min): I speak from the version of me who already has what I want.

That’s it. 8 minutes max — and I carry that alignment through the day.
