What I Learned About Control and Surrender from Vibrations of Manifestation
Control used to be my coping mechanism.
I planned everything, triple-checked it, and held tight to how I thought things should unfold. I thought that was how you “made” things happen.
But it was exhausting. And more often than not, it blocked the very things I was trying to attract.
Reading Vibrations of Manifestation helped me understand that control isn’t alignment. It’s resistance in disguise.
Here’s what shifted:
I stopped clenching so tightly to outcomes and started focusing on my internal state.
I used the body-based practices from Part II to literally relax the tension I didn’t know I was holding.
I let my actions come from alignment, not fear of “losing control.”
And here’s the wild part — once I let go, things started working.
The emails got replies. The ideas landed. I stopped forcing, and life flowed better than when I was gripping it so tightly.
