The Real Power of Part II in Vibrations of Manifestation (And Why Most People Overlook It)

Let’s be honest — when most people hear “manifestation,” they think of thoughts, vision boards, or affirmations.

But the part of Vibrations of Manifestation that created the biggest change in my life wasn’t mental — it was physical.

Part II is all about how your body plays a role in your frequency. And most people skip this step.


What I discovered:

  • My slouched posture was reinforcing self-doubt.

  • Shallow breathing was feeding anxiety.

  • My body language was signaling “I don’t feel worthy,” even when my mind said otherwise.

When I started using the posture cues, breath resets, and micro-movements from Part II, things finally started clicking.

Mind and body got on the same page. That’s when momentum kicked in.
